Errand Day

It's that time of week again and I don't look forward to it, but to have a Sunday paper (my weekly reward) without going out in the cold, dawn hours to get one, it's a necessary evil. Hopefully, we will be moved to civilization before summer hits and things like paper delivery, take-out from foreign restaurants, and biking to the store will become a reality. I love isolation, nature and the peace and quiet of hearing nothing but wildlife sounds, but as I age, it is ever more appealing to not have to work so hard to live here. So on to the 40 min. trek to inhabited areas. I've worked 2 days fixing the garage - rare sunshine and no rain - so my aching muscles will appreciate the respite.
