I might consider it funny if it weren't so rampantly prevalent within our current political structure. But the continuing rant by Brit Hume, explaining why Jesus has a better system for redeeming adulterers to shining examples of manhood is becoming dangerous. Perhaps they should examine the 'suck and usage' factor between their 'freedom of speech' mantra and the job description for paid journalist. And while we're on the subject, some fine examples of shinosity have been revealed in our promiscuous, born-agains in the House and Senate this year, haven't they. When all's forgiven, I guess it doesn't matter that you trashed your wife and kids in public.
Even more disturbing to me is that this infidelity trend is the only way we seem to be able to 'bring down' our political figures. It trumps the fact that they're terrorists, torturers, and murderers. I don't care about their damned marriages; that's between them and the spouses. Get us out of the 700 bases and 20 countries where we're killing, maiming and manipulating. I'd say that sin's a lot worse than the Other Women.
